Monday & Wednesday = Workout Day !!!

   Today again is our workout day with my workies kakis

   Initially we wnated to go Yio Chu Kang Gym but since everyone is quite lazy tdy so we choose to go Bishan Stadium instead!... only spend $0.40 instead of $2.50!!..hahaha.... ~CHEAPO....!!.....


1 round     = 400 metres
2 rounds  = 800 metres
3 rounds  =1.2 kilometres
4 rounds  =1.6 kilometres
5 rounds  = 2 kilometres
6 rounds  = 2.4 kilometres




When finish the 6th round,pris told me that she cannot breathe lo... scare me  ,ask me dun tok to her also...lol...take my towel to fan for her.... haha..must see her tat lobster face....superb red dao..... lol....






We will always complete 6 rounds before we go home de.... one for all , all for one! Wanted to go shu bing's house area to buy OREO CHOCOLATE BLENDED butttttttt...... i'm able to conquer my craving...yeah !... we headed back home after tat .....

                       Woooo...today our company lunchen will be at DOZO @  RiverValley.We wrapped up our work at ard 12p.m instead of our usual  1 p.m and left office to take a cab down... Rachel , Yan Ling and Me.

After my jog with shu bing @ bishan stadium,i went to shop ard @Shu bing's neighbourhood .Got myself ....

• Cigarette @ 10.70 bucks only!  
• Lao Shu Fen more chilli more vinegar @ 2.50 bucks only!
• Cough syrup  ~ for e coughing person

hahaha wth!.... followed by a call from yan ling ....PARTNER sia... used Horse's phone to call me...

Ling  ...- " WHERE R YOU ? qing ai de "
Mane...- " TAKING BUS LEHX...SIMI HO KANG TAO "
Ling ....- " WANT GO KTV NOT...COMPANY ME GO LEHX "
(mane keep saying dun want la....dun want la....) blah blah blah... THEN .... suddenly mane says :)
Mane ...- " OKAY LO...LTR THEN I GO MEET U GUYS ".
(mei you zhi qi de wo... always like tat kana bluff go out)...lol

cough..cough..cough...i've been hearing somebody coughing out the lungs man!...poor chap ~No time see doctor..So chop chop took my bath and dinner and rushed down to see my special patient of mine to pass the cough syrup =) so sweet of me...and finally went down to AMK K BOX with these kakis :

" Final Destination"..  In the past ,This person that i'm gg with now... dun "cover his eye"..dun "scream" dun "cover his ears" when watching scary movie..instead guess what!!... he'lll be keep scolding @#@#%%^$# ...and  !@#$%%&*$@  and  !@##$&*$#@     (wa liew i'm like dammy shocked)...lol damm "man" right...... let's see five years later de 今天 will he be the same ??....

 After our moviee....we went down "Bottle Tree Park" again!!.....we meet yan ling there....after tat horse...after tat priscilla.... This is the first time i'm carrying a different mood different heartfelt down...(nth can describe)suddenly i think bottle tree is quite a nice place afterall..lol...

Anyway ,we ordered altogether 5 jugs of BEE -RU(beer)!! ... first time i dun feel shaggy after drinks.... lol...
